Linda ShaveLinda Shave has over 30 years experience in providing business solutions to public and private organisations in Australia and overseas, and is currently the Manager Information, Integration and Compliance for the City of Ryde.

Linda is also a published author, former President of the Institute of Information Management and has chaired and contributed to a number of conferences as well as presenting on a wide range of topics including information management, knowledge management, business process management and e-Readiness for e-Services.

eTRIM - Building an Effective Case Management Structure to Drive Business Forward
Overview
The City of Ryde is a dynamic and innovative Council which aims to provide helpful and effective services to the community.
Challenge
To meet the NSW government initiatives outlined in the State Plan for delivering better planning services and reducing red tape.
Solution
HP was selected to design, develop and introduce 'eTRIM' case management structures for ePlanning built on its TOWER capabilities.
Results
Improved efficiency and transparency of the planning process, and extending benefits by continuing to evolve case management across the whole of the City of Ryde.
