The HR Management Associate Program (HR MAP) recruits and develops recent graduates to be the next generation of world-class leaders at HP. Our HR organization is committed to recruiting and growing the best talent in the world and to creating a positive, open and diverse work environment.
Through three rotations over a 24-month period, HR MAP participants have the unique opportunity to drive challenging and compelling HR initiatives for HP. Working with internal and external HR thought leaders, participants use leading-edge approaches and tools to directly affect our business results.
We're looking for highly motivated graduates from top HR or business graduate programs —people with a record of success who can bring innovative ideas and fresh perspectives to our HR organization.
