Background before MAP:
After undergraduate school, I spent 2.5 years in consulting with Accenture, out of their Philadelphia office. Consulting gave me great experience with managing client relationships, which I believe is a critical skill for HR at HP.

Career after MAP:
Talent Management, HP Enterprise Group

Impact of MAP on career:
“MAP provided an unparalleled opportunity to experience HR across different Business Units & Functions in a relatively short period of time – less than 2 years! The program offered both breadth & depth of experience, allowing me to really build out my skills in specific areas while also gaining exposure to the huge variety of activities that HR is responsible for at HP. Not only did my rotation experiences prepare me to hit the ground running in my post-MAP role, but being a member of such a talented & diverse cohort & alumni group has given me a support network that I can turn to for ideas, expertise & guidance no matter what I’m faced with.”
