Deliveries during the event

Any deliveries made during the event should be clearly marked with the exhibition title, the exhibitor's name and the booth number.

Return shipment and items left on site

RESA EXPO LOGISTIC will manage a return shipments office on Thursday 29^th November and on Friday 30^th November in the Barcelona International Convention Centre (CCIB). Exhibitors will be given the opportunity to hand in their return shipments.

The office will be open on Thursday from 06:00 to 08:00 and on Friday from 10:00 to 15:00. Any goods / material / deliveries or miscellaneous items left on site at the Barcelona International Convention Centre (CCIB) without proper authority will be treated as abandoned and disposed of accordingly. Charges may also be made to the exhibitors for the disposal and/or storage of items left on site after the tenancy terminates.

Evaluation

We kindly ask you to fill out the exhibitor evaluation questionnaire, which you have received and hand it in to the hostesses at the HP registration / info desk or to Maria Sellfors personally. We will use the findings and your comments to measure the overall satisfaction rate of our exhibitors for HP Software Universe 2007 post event and Communications World 2007 in order to improve future events.

After the event it will be possible to receive statistics on the event if interested.
Furthermore, some presentations from different session will be downloadable from the official web site:

On the web site you will also find pictures and video from the event.

Registration

Registration for the HP Software Universe and the HP Communications World event will take place at Barcelona International Convention Centre (CCIB). The registration desk is located in the congress entrance foyer. To avoid queuing we recommend that you use the early registration times on Monday 26th November. Here are the registration desk opening times:

• Monday 26th November 09:00 - 18:00
• Tuesday 27th November 08:00 - 21:00
• Wednesday 28th November 08:00 - 19:00
• Thursday 29th November 08:00 - 19:00
• Friday 30th November 08:00 - 14:00

Every participant and exhibitor will receive a name badge. The name badge should be worn at all times since your access to the conference area and other events will be restricted in case you do not wear your name badge.

• Wednesday 28th November 09:30 - 19:00
• Thursday 29th November 09:30 - 19:00
• Friday 30th November 09:30 - 14:00
