A booth at HP Software Universe/ HP Communications World gives you a unique opportunity to exhibit at the premier consultant and customer event with more than 100 exhibitors and 3500 delegates. It will give you the opportunity to be part of HP’s European software community and meet costumers, channel partners, system integrators , press and industry consultants, HP ‘s top management, HP sales representatives and many more.
The solution fair package includes:
• 1 standard size booth (approx. 4x3m)
• 1 booth signage including your company logo and demo messaging
• 1 Literature rack, 2 bar chairs, meeting table with chairs, garbage bin, power & lightening and lockable storage facilities
• Free internet access during exhibition hours
• Company logo and abstract of 150 words visible on the HP Software Universe web site with a link to your homepage
• Company logo, homepage URL and abstract of 150 words visible in the official printed conference material handed out to every delegate
• HP hardware rental service (additional charge)
• Two of the exhibitor’s booth delegate receive a € 500 discount of the normal participation rate
The price for the solution fair package is € 6,200.
Note that the booth registration cost of € 6,200. – does not include booth delegates’
participation and hotel accommodation. Booth Staff Registration opens the 13th of August. Remember that all booth delegates must register themselves as participants.
